As ulakBELL, we attach great importance to the privacy and security of our users' personal data. Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about your rights and our obligations regarding the processing of your personal data.

To ensure the security of your personal data, ulakBELL takes necessary administrative and technical measures. We continuously update and audit our systems to protect your data against unauthorized access.

6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data is stored for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation or for the period required by our processing purposes. When the retention period expires, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,

To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with its purpose,

To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law,

To request that the actions taken be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred, in case of correction or deletion of your data,

To object to the occurrence of a result against you solely by analyzing your processed data through automatic systems,

To demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

ANNEX: WEBSITE SESSION RECORDING

With your explicit consent, your on-screen activity during your visit (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, pages visited) and the information you type into the demo form are recorded, including before you press the submit button.

Purpose: to improve the user experience and to follow up with visitors who did not complete the form. Password fields are never recorded.

Recordings are viewed only by authorised ulakBELL staff; partially completed forms that include a phone number are passed to the ulakBELL customer management system as a lead. Recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days.
